Christmas Spectacular Choir performers ticket

Registration is now open. PLEASE ONLY REGISTER IF YOU ARE SURE YOU CAN COMMIT. Make a note of your registration to avoid double registration.

Please ensure that you select the appropriate ticket based on your height while wearing performance shoes (please note that stilettos are not allowed).

Your ticket serves as your identification and entrance pass. Please have it readily available and open ON YOUR PHONE or PRINTED OUT WITH VISIBLE QR CODE for our stewards to scan upon entry. 

This helps us ensure everyone's presence within the building for health and safety purposes.

PLEASE BRING A FOLDING CHAIR! 

if you do not have one already please do not buy one. There are not enough chairs in Mortimer Suite so we need your support on this. 

SOUNDCHECK 5.00pm prompt! 

Please be ready to arrive between 4.30pm and 5:00 pm (if this time is inconvenient, please don't hesitate to reach out to us although we ask you to try to shuffle to accomodate wherever possible).

Access the venue through the Morimer Suite Entrance. The full schedule will be provided soon. Our green room will be located in the Mortimer Suite.

Please be mindful of listening to your stewards and directors at all times. You cannot put water on the stage however you can attach them to yourself with a bottle bag or bottle strap. They are a trip hazard. 

Please do not touch mics, be mindful of cables and steps. 

Stage Direction

All members will be given a position for performance YOU MUST NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MOVE FROM YOUR ALLOTTED LOCATION Please 🙏🏻 

Once on the stage you MUST NOT CHAT OR HOLD CONVERSATIONS even if it it's to whisper unless it's part of the performance. Chatting is a show killer and ruins the ambience and professionalism. Anyone heard talking will be nerfed !!! 😂

For health and safety reasons any CHAIRS needed by choir members WILL BE LOCATED STAGE RIGHT regardless of vocal part. Chairs are only to be requested if absolutely necessary. Standing time is 45 mins to one hour.

Food

Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks. Alcohol is permitted, but please be discreet and mindful of the on-stage steps and lighting.

Please take all rubbish home with you and leave the room as you found it. Thank you x 

Clothing

PLEASE ARRIVE IN STAGE GEAR AS CHANGING FACILITIES ARE LIMITED. 

Colour pallete TBC

Please choose dressy clothing when announced.

No headgear please, no stilettos please. Sequins and sparkle a must. No flashing lights.

We very much rely on our amazing Reddies to enable this amazing event and you can help us in inviting at least two supporters whenever possible.

Its always a massive leap of faith for us to cover the very high costs in staging this event in the regions most prestigious auditoriums.
