Please start arriving from 11:30am. Your code word to get in without a ticket is Reddie!!
Please enter via the main drive and bear right. Follow the road down towards the house and opposite the house there are some big iron gates. Please enter that way and give your code word to whoever is on the gate. Then spread out and mingle!
Performance Time: 1:05pm FLASMOB! Please make sure you are all spread out as much as possible. We will be singing Mr Blue Sky.
Once singing, start making your way to performance area in front of band stand.
We will then be opening the races with a longer performance of around 40 minutes and then shorter performances (15 mins ish) between the races.
